Donale, Co Owner, Associate Broker with Weichert has been in the real estate business for nearly 23 years now, growing up and residing in Anne Arundel County since she was born here, with family roots leading all the way back to the Donaldson family farm, her family has owned and operated CrabTowne USA for almost 40 years. Joining the team here at Weichert was a perfect fit.  Donale came on board as the Relocation Director,over seeing Recruiting and helping to assist in office management, to land in the Co owner position!
