David Ratti is our Market Leader and Loan Officer based in our Annapolis, Maryland retail office. David has been helping familes achieve home ownership for more than 27 years. Over that time, he has been privileged with the ability to have performed every function within the mortgage process including; Closing Officer, Post Closing, Processor, Processing Supervisor, Underwriting, Loan Officer, Branch Manager, and Builder Services Manager.
Prior to joining Embrace, David worked for Bank of America where he assisted customers in obtaining home loans, while also leading a team of mortgage professionals to serve the real estate community, customers, and support various banking centers in the Baltimore marketplace; including Jumbo, conventional, FHA, VA, renovation, and rural housing loans.
Over his years in the industry, David has received multiple recognitions and rewards for his good service including, Chairman’s Club, President’s Club, Customer Service Star Awards, Million Dollar Club, Manager of the Year, Executive of the Year, Top Producer Awards, Top Branch Awards.
David was born in Toms River, New Jersey, where most of his extended family still resides. He moved to the Baltimore-Washington area at a young age where he attended Magruder High School in Derwood, MD and Towson University, where he received his BA in Business, concentrating in Finance and Marketing. He still calls Hampstead, Maryland home, with his wife, Suzanne and their children. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, skiing and traveling. He’s also an avid sports fan, cheering on his home teams, the Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles.
